This house, in the exclusive area of La Vinya, borders the vineyards of Camiral, the Quinta do Lago Girona resort, from which the resort produces its own organic wine. At the front it opens onto the natural landscape, the Mediterranean forest and the golf courses.
The villa is composed of 3 volumes, two of them topped by pitched gable roofs and a third, the one that joins them, with a single, slightly sloping roof that emphasises the open-plan space inside.
With a sustainable design in mind, the house has photovoltaic panels and a structure of reinforced concrete panels that avoids thermal bridges and thus improves the energy efficiency of the house.
