SECURITY GUARD

Scope of the position

Reporting to the Security Director of the resort you will be significantly contributing to make sure all resort security standards are followed and respected.

Duties and responsibilities

- Access Control
- Control Rounds
- Conflict prevention and intervention/resolution when required
- First aid assistance when required

Requirements

Mandatory:

- A high level of English is required (it will be proven during the interview)
- Must have availability to work on shift rotation (including night shift)

ASSISTANT WAITER

Scope of the position:

 

As a waiter assistant will be part of the Hotel Camiral team. Reporting to the F&B  Manager he or she will have the following responsibilities and duties. 

  1. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Provides assistance and support to the assigned waiter in anticipating and fulfilling the guests requests
  • Provides assistance to the assigned waiter, waitress in setting up tables and side stations with linen, glassware, silverware and chinaware according with the standards given.
  • Prepares and sets tables according with the standards provided including the pre-arranged floor plan.
  • Prepares and serves hot beverage to the guests according with the company standards
  • Prepares linen and polish glassware and silverware
  • To serve lunch, coffee and desserts with knowledge about the menus and offers.
  • To remove dirty plates and cutlery from the tables

  • Knowledge in Hospitality and international experience will be highly valued.

ADMINISTRATION / ACCOUNTING

  1. Scope of the position:

 

The candidate will be part of the Administration and Finance team of Camiral Golf & Wellness.

 

  1. Duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Introduction of accounting fata: invoices, expense notes, credit cards, bank reconciliations, monthly closures, accounting tables, etc.
  • Accounting Output: balance sheets and profit and loss accounts 

 

  1. Requirements:

 

  • 3 years in the management department of a large company (over 6.000.000 €).
  • Experience in accounting for invoices, bank reconciliations, passing Banks, making taxes (VAT, withholding, etc.)
  • Languages: Spanish and medium-high level of English.
  • Driving license and vehicle essential to access the Resort.
  • Responsible, thoughtful, flexible and autonomous person.
  • Used to work with ERP, preferably Navision.
  • High Excel level (Dynamic tables, etc.)

F&B SUPERVISOR
  1. Position Description:

The candidate will support our Assistant F&B Managers to oversee the team of over 30, ensuring that the team is consistently trained, developed and coached. 

 

  1. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To use initiative in relation to the speedy resolution of customer / client queries or problems.
  • To report on all guest / client feedback. To anticipate guests needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance guest satisfaction.
  • To present a positive personal image to the customer at all times.
  • To show respect for other team members at all times. To promote good team relations in the departments ensuring fairness and consistency in dealing with all team members.
  • To ensure an environment exists which promotes employee morale & encourages the team to have pride & commitment in their area of work.
  • To ensure a high level of hygiene throughout the department at all times, with a strict cleaning schedule in operation.
  • Ensures that the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct of resort employees is maintained by all employees in the department.

F&B Service Trainee

Scope of the position

The student will join the Food and Beverage team, in which the intern will be experiencing the different position responsibilities as well as rotating for the resort outlets. The intern will be trained in Micros, Opera for F&B and LHW's standards. The intern will be part of a 5-star hotel international team and will acquire professional abilities in cocktail and mixology, sommelier and restaurant hostess.

Duties and responsibilities

  • assist the guests at our restaurants
  • assist the Supervisor with any task required according to the service level
  • provide a 5* service, according to the outlet in which the intern is working
  • prepare the tables, buffet, restaurant and outlets
  • carry on daily task as a waiter and supervisor
  • rotate for the different outlets
  • answer the phone for Room Service and guests’ requests
  • follow the indications of the supervisors and HoDs


Requirements

  • fluent in English and other European Language, intermediate level of Spanish

Kitchen Trainee

Scope of the position

The student will learn about Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine (which is very famous given that in this area we have many Michelin star restaurant), the intern will be involved in the different sections of a Gastronomic Restaurant and social events. The intern will be part of an international team of 30 persons dealing with banqueting, cocktails, room service, lounge bar, pool bar, gala dinners, gastronomic restaurant. At the end of the internship the student will be able to provide a 5-star kitchen service, develop the kitchen orders, to organize a gastronomic kitchen, create the rota timetable and to accept goods.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • to prepare the misse en place
  • provide an efficient food service according to the outlet the intern is working 
  • follow the supervisor instructions and learn our "know how"
  • learn the recipes and be consistent in the production
  • take care of the kitchen tools and materials
  • participate in the daily work as the rest of the cooks


Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Spanish or English
  • great working abilities and willing to learn Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine

Front Office Trainee

Scope of the position

The student will join an international Front Office team in which they will be trained in Opera, Concept (golf and Spa reservation), LHW’s standards and 5 star hotel customer service. The student will be working along with other Receptionist in order to reinforce his/her communication skills, customer service abilities, invoice issuing, relation with other departments and organization skills. At the end of the internship, students will be able to provide a 5 star LHW customer service, have a general knowledge of a Spanish Hotel Industry, enhance their organizational skills and have a deeply understanding of inter-departmental communication.


Duties and responsibilities

  • assist the guests at the reception
  • assist the Supervisor with any task required according to the service level
  • provide a 5* service, according to the LHW standards and values
  • prepare the room rack, invoices, collaborate in daily task of Front Office
  • carry on daily task as of the department along with Concierge and Bellboy
  • provide tourist information to guest and help to promote the resort outlets
  • answer the phone and deal with guest’s requests
  • follow the indications of the supervisors and HoDs

Revenue Manager & Reservations Trainee

Scope of the position

To support the revenue management department during their daily task. Working alongside with our reservations and revenue management team will provide the intern with the necessary knowledge about how a Revenue Management Department of a Golf resort work as well as the abilities needed for working in those departments.

Duties and responsibilities

  • To make individual, group and rental reservations
  • delivering group offers
  • getting a detail knowledge of how the resort golf, individual, group and FTI rates work.
