SECURITY GUARD

Scope of the position

Reporting to the Security Director of the resort you will be significantly contributing to make sure all resort security standards are followed and respected.

Duties and responsibilities

- Access Control
- Control Rounds
- Conflict prevention and intervention/resolution when required

Requirements

Mandatory:

- A high level of English is required (it will be proven during the interview)

VIDRIER

PGA Golf de Caldes busca un vidrier per netejar els vidres de les residencies i viles del Resort.

 

Funcions:

 - Neteja de cases privades, exteriors amb karcher o fregadora, finestrals i zones cristalleres.

CUINER

  1. Descripción:

AJUDANT CAMBRER

 

  1. Descripción posición:

El candidato formará parte del equipo de recepción del hotel Camiral (hotel 5 estrellas – leading hotels of the world), reportando al responsable de Alimentos y Bebidas.  

 

  1. Funciones y responsabilidades:
  • de desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Deberá ayudar con todas las tareas de cierre de cada servicio en tema de limpieza y reorganización del comedor.
  • Proporcionar alimentos y bebidas a medida que son requeridas en el servicio de comedor.
  • Remontar mesas y reponer las piezas necesarias de cristalería, vajilla, cubertería, y lencería para que los aparadores siempre estén dispuestos con el menaje preciso.
  • Preparación de las mesas, de su organización, de la correcta disposición de las sillas y la preparación de todo el servicio de mesa.
  • Preparación de bebidas calientes de acuerdo con los estandartes establecidos por la empresa.

Sota la supervisió del responsable, formarà part de l’equip de cuina responsable de la neteja i l’ordre de la cuina i dels utensilis.

 

  1. Funcions i responsabilitats:

 

  • Preparar tots els utensilis de cuina perquè els ajudants de cuina i el xef tinguin tot el que necessiten a mà.
  • Carregar i descarregar el rentavaixella amb la coberteria, cristalleria i vaixella.
  • Rentar a mà certs utensilis que a causa de la seva gran grandària no entren en un rentavaixella; per exemple, paelles i olles.
  • Netejar l'àrea de la cuina i el menjador.
  • Assistència i suport als cuiners per preparar els aliments.

SUPERVISOR ALIMENTS I BEGUDES

  1. Descripció del lloc:

El candidat farà costat als nostres Managers de F&B per a supervisar a l'equip de més de 30 persones, assegurant que l'equip estigui constantment capacitat, desenvolupat i entrenat.

  • Gestionar les reclamacions de manera oportuna i eficient.
  • Utilitzar la iniciativa en relació amb la ràpida resolució de les consultes o problemes dels clients.
  • Informar sobre tots els comentaris dels hostes/clients. Anticipar-se a les necessitats dels clients sempre que sigui possible per a millorar la qualitat del servei i, al seu torn, augmentar la satisfacció dels clients.

GOLF SALES MANAGER

Scope of the position:

 

Leads High-End Golf Sales. Shares responsibility for achieving Golf, high end leisure, wellness and golf groups revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

· Solicits new and existing business to meet/exceed revenue goals. Methods of sales may include, but are not limited to telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, sales presentations, property tours, customer meetings, travel to key markets and written correspondence. Primary sales focus to include:

o On Property Resort –Relationship building for lead generation, attending pre-cons, sites and client meetings with a goal to capture new golf business.

o Off Property Resort – Execution of minimum of monthly sales calls, sales missions and Fam Trips.

· Develops a seamless group and event sales process with on-property resort sales managers, directors and service personnel to grow round and revenue opportunities

· Creates partnerships with other area hotels, ensuring that the facility is kept top of mind with groups and transient guests including potential referral programs.

· Assists in developing and executing strategic sales & marketing plans that effectively communicate overall facility sales goals, including strategic directions, key objectives, target segments, strategies.

· Manages and evolves relationships with key wholesalers, TO’s, specialized agencies and key accounts.

· Develops a clear and concise sales process to attract premium groups, high-end tournaments and high-end catered events with effective follow-up for each.

· Strategically utilizes and understands different revenue opportunities for the facility, including local resorts and clubs, online third-party providers, the local competition and other partnerships or relationships, which offer revenue opportunities.

· Maintains a thorough understanding of golf operations, tee-sheet maximization, tournament maintenance schedules and group needs and the key vendor relationships and the tools they offer to support and manage goals.

· Proactively sells golf and Hotel & Wellness as well as upsells for Pro Shop spent, The Golf Hub and F&B.

· Participates in the day-to-day Resort sales efforts of the facility, assisting the Commercial Director.

· Continually researches and analyzes local, national and Mediterranean market conditions to obtain an in-depth understanding of competitor’s pricing strategies throughout the year.

· Creates a sales culture throughout all facility operations, maintaining excellent service standards to achieve positive Net Promoter Scores and guest satisfaction.

· Maintains the ability to understand golf course inventory during different times of year, allowing the facility to maximize revenues with all round types and golf groups.

· Effectively communicates sales strategies to Commercial Director.

· Continually strives to enhance sales leadership skills by attending industry shows, workshops, forums, sales missions, Fam Trips, educational seminars and other learning opportunities.

· Prepares reports to the Commercial Director such as annual sales plans, monthly sales reports, annual goals, sales & marketing budgets and forecasts.

· Closely analyzes and reviews with Commercial Director different sales and marketing opportunities to attract potential business.

· Maintains a thorough group database for the Resort, allowing for high quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and prompt customer follow-up.

· Represents PGA Catalunya Golf & Wellness on appropriate site visits including golf outings, special events and meetings.

· Ensures that appropriate staff organizes and executes all group events in a detailed manner.

· Provides content, oversight and assistance with the management of facility website and search engine marketing campaigns including golf, retail and F&B.

· Creates tournaments with local and international audiences.

SOPORTE AREA POST VENTA RESIDENCIAL

Trabajos a desarrollar:

 

Dentro del departamento técnico, el candidato asistirá al área de post-venta y pre-venta en las tareas administrativas referentes a los servicios de post-venta y pre-venta de las promociones residenciales.

 

Las funciones principales que realizar serán:

 

· Apoyo al responsable de post-venta residencial

· Contacto con los proveedores para recibir y gestionar facturas

· Realización de presupuestos

· Entrada y registro de pedidos en Navision

· Gestión de los casos en el CRM

 

Competencias:

 

· Se valorará nociones técnicas de la construcción

Horario:

 

Jornada de 8 horas de lunes a viernes hasta completar las 40h semanales, en horario de 9:00 hasta las 17:30, con una pausa de 30 minutos para comer. Se pide flexibilidad para atender emergencias que puedan surgir fuera del horario laboral.

GOLF OPERATIONS MANAGER

Supervisión y manejo de todos los aspectos de las operaciones de golf (Caddy Master, Tienda, Recepción Golf). Ayuda dando apoyo profesional, dirección, control y entrenamiento, liderando al equipo de operaciones. Hacer de relaciones publicas con los clientes elevando la calidad del servicio y dando una mejor experiencia al golfista.

Reporta directamente al Director de Golf

  • Coordinar las operaciones diarias de golf, incluyendo: torneos, tee times, campo de prácticas, servicios, flota de buggies, recepción-pro shop, y supervisando las operaciones de F&B en el campo, además de otras labores de apoyo al Director.
  • Control de gastos.
  • Creación de un buen servicio al cliente, ayudando a la promoción del golf dentro de los miembros y residentes. Asegurando que los asociados imparten un servicio de excelencia.
  • Comunicación directa y diaria con el Superintendente y Director de F&B para asegurar una buena operación.
  • Preparar horarios y responsabilidades junto con los jefes de departamentos, mejorando la productividad y evitando horas extras.
  • Responsable junto con el Director del entrenamiento, estrategia y directrices a seguir, evaluación del personal, además de hacerse cargo de quejas y resolviéndolas.
  • Seguimiento y supervisión en la recepción de golf / Caddy Master / Tienda Golf. Colaborando estrechamente con el equipo en las diferentes temporadas y apoyando en caso de ser necesario. Supervisión de procedimientos de reserva y servicio al cliente.
  • Se asegurará de otorgar un buen entrenamiento y orientación a nuevos trabajadores.
  • Responsable de la implementación y seguimiento de los estándares de servicio.
  • Asegurarse que las normativas de riesgos laborables se cumplen.
  • Asegurarse que las diferentes áreas de trabajo están limpias y con un buen nivel de mantenimiento.

F&B Service Trainee

Scope of the position

The student will join the Food and Beverage team, in which the intern will be experiencing the different position responsibilities as well as rotating for the resort outlets. The intern will be trained in Micros, Opera for F&B and LHW's standards. The intern will be part of a 5-star hotel international team and will acquire professional abilities in cocktail and mixology, sommelier and restaurant hostess.

Duties and responsibilities

  • assist the guests at our restaurants
  • assist the Supervisor with any task required according to the service level
  • provide a 5* service, according to the outlet in which the intern is working
  • prepare the tables, buffet, restaurant and outlets
  • carry on daily task as a waiter and supervisor
  • rotate for the different outlets
  • answer the phone for Room Service and guests’ requests
  • follow the indications of the supervisors and HoDs

Kitchen Trainee

Scope of the position

The student will learn about Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine (which is very famous given that in this area we have many Michelin star restaurant), the intern will be involved in the different sections of a Gastronomic Restaurant and social events. The intern will be part of an international team of 30 persons dealing with banqueting, cocktails, room service, lounge bar, pool bar, gala dinners, gastronomic restaurant. At the end of the internship the student will be able to provide a 5-star kitchen service, develop the kitchen orders, to organize a gastronomic kitchen, create the rota timetable and to accept goods.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • to prepare the misse en place
  • provide an efficient food service according to the outlet the intern is working 
  • follow the supervisor instructions and learn our "know how"
  • learn the recipes and be consistent in the production
  • take care of the kitchen tools and materials
  • participate in the daily work as the rest of the cooks

Front Office Trainee

Scope of the position

The student will join an international Front Office team in which they will be trained in Opera, Concept (golf and Spa reservation), LHW’s standards and 5 star hotel customer service. The student will be working along with other Receptionist in order to reinforce his/her communication skills, customer service abilities, invoice issuing, relation with other departments and organization skills. At the end of the internship, students will be able to provide a 5 star LHW customer service, have a general knowledge of a Spanish Hotel Industry, enhance their organizational skills and have a deeply understanding of inter-departmental communication.


Duties and responsibilities

  • assist the guests at the reception
  • assist the Supervisor with any task required according to the service level
  • provide a 5* service, according to the LHW standards and values
  • prepare the room rack, invoices, collaborate in daily task of Front Office

Scope of the position

To support the revenue management department during their daily task. Working alongside with our reservations and revenue management team will provide the intern with the necessary knowledge about how a Revenue Management Department of a Golf resort work as well as the abilities needed for working in those departments.
