Welcome to the Wellness Kitchen Series — a vibrant programme of culinary and nutritional experiences at the Wellness Centre, where nature, nourishment, and human connection are at the heart of everything we do.
This season, we invite you to take part in a curated selection of showcookings, workshops, and talks that celebrate the art of living well. Whether you're a resident or a guest, it's an opportunity to deepen your connection to healthy, seasonal living in a warm and inspiring environment.

Meet our Experts
Mireia Cervera
Nutritionist
With a master's degree in nutrition, food & health and a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Mireia Cervera has been advising brands such as Flax and Kale for over 8 years. Cervera helped Flax and Kale with the development of their line of juices, ready meals, healthy snacks and vegan burgers among others and has a wealth of experience in the industry. Cervera has also helped with the creation of the menus for the Teresa Carles group restaurants and organized seminars and training on healthy eating.
As a Camiral, the Quinta do Lago Girona resort collaborator, she has worked together with executive chef David Vives to create each of the Wellness Centre’s nutritional programs, combining Vives vision with her extensive knowledge about holistic nutrition, to help our guests and visitors to enjoy unique programs whilst being introduced to a healthier lifestyle.
Mireia Anglada
Ecochef and Conscious Nutrition Expert
Mireia Anglada has over 20 years of experience in healthy cooking and nutritional innovation. Trained in Food Technology, Epigenetics, Chinese Medicine, Nutrition and Nutritional Coaching, she blends science and wellbeing in her approach.
She has worked with organisations such as Veritas, Ricardo Molina and EUHT Sant Pol de Mar, and has participated in national and international training programmes and conferences.
Passionate about teaching cooking techniques that preserve nutrients, she combines her work in R&D with workshops, talks and individual consultations, helping people improve their health through conscious eating and emotional balance.
