Welcome to the Wellness Kitchen Series — a vibrant programme of culinary and nutritional experiences at the Wellness Centre, where nature, nourishment, and human connection are at the heart of everything we do.

This season, we invite you to take part in a curated selection of showcookings, workshops, and talks that celebrate the art of living well. Whether you're a resident or a guest, it's an opportunity to deepen your connection to healthy, seasonal living in a warm and inspiring environment.

Ecochef and Conscious Nutrition Expert
MIREIA ANGLADA

Mireia Anglada has over 20 years of experience in healthy cooking and nutritional innovation. Trained in Food Technology, Epigenetics, Chinese Medicine, Nutrition and Nutritional Coaching, she blends science and wellbeing in her approach.

She has worked with organisations such as Veritas, Ricardo Molina and EUHT Sant Pol de Mar, and has participated in national and international training programmes and conferences.

Passionate about teaching cooking techniques that preserve nutrients, she combines her work in R&D with workshops, talks and individual consultations, helping people improve their health through conscious eating and emotional balance.

Nutritionist specialised in digestive health and integrative wellness
Mireia Cervera 

Mireia Cervera is a clinical nutritionist with a holistic approach, focused on digestive health, autoimmune conditions, and oncology nutrition. Trained in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, with postgraduate studies in Oncology Nutrition, Emotional Intelligence, and Biodecoding, she blends science with emotional wellbeing in her practice.

At our Wellness Centre, she designs personalised nutrition programmes that support each client’s physical and emotional balance. She has collaborated with companies such as Flax&Kale and Eckes Granini, and teaches at the University of Girona Foundation.

With a warm and respectful approach, she guides people through sustainable lifestyle changes via nutrition, always tailored to their needs and way of life.
